Elan Divon is a Harvard-trained educator, author, and founder of ElevateU Solutions, a next-generation platform designed to help young people transition from education into meaningful, future-ready careers in the age of AI. For more than a decade, Elan has worked at the intersection of career development, leadership, and human potential, helping students and young professionals navigate one of the most confusing moments of modern life: the leap from school into the real world. As former Director of Career Development at Chapman University’s Argyros College of Business, Elan worked directly with high-achieving students who were doing everything “right”—yet still felt anxious, uncertain, and underprepared for the realities of today’s job market. That experience revealed a critical gap: traditional education teaches knowledge, but not how to turn potential into traction. Beyond higher education, Elan has trained and advised thousands of professionals across Fortune 500 companies including Nike, Intel, Uber, and Cisco, helping emerging leaders build the human skills that machines can’t replace—clear thinking, confidence, communication, adaptability, and purpose-driven leadership. Savannah Miller
Savannah is a psychotherapist, coach, and founder who specializes in guiding individuals and groups through life’s most pivotal transitions; moments when identity, direction, or meaning feel uncertain and a new chapter must be consciously built. She is the Founder and CEO of the Heart Alchemy Institute, created in response to the growing existential strain of an AI-driven, rapidly changing world. Through the Institute, Savannah helps people navigate career disruption, identity shifts, grief, and major life transitions; supporting them in reconnecting to purpose, authenticity, and inner stability. Previously, Savannah served as Senior Manager of Therapy Services at Headspace, where she trained and supported dozens of licensed therapists. Her leadership in burnout-prevention and resilience programming led to a 33% reduction in clinician burnout and a 100% increase in personal accomplishment, earning her a reputation as the therapist to the therapists. Following her tenure at Headspace, Savannah opened a private practice focused on helping people navigate career disruption, grief, and major life transitions. Her clients include leaders and professionals from organizations such as Nestlé, Pepsi, Microsoft, and OpenAI, as well as young adults standing at defining crossroads. As Chief Wellness Officer at ElevateU Solutions, Savannah brings this depth of clinical insight and leadership to ensure students build not only career readiness, but the emotional resilience, self-trust, and grounded confidence required to thrive through uncertainty.

Nushin is a dynamic career development leader and operations strategist with a proven track record in higher education, recruiting, and workforce readiness. With experience as a Senior Career Coach at Chapman University’s Argyros College of Business and UCI’s School of Engineering, she has guided hundreds of students toward career clarity and meaningful employment outcomes. At ElevateU, Nushin brings her passion for transforming lives through education and job placement into a high-impact operational role—where she oversees program implementation, team coordination, and student engagement strategy. Her background spans the full spectrum of the career launch ecosystem, from talent acquisition as a technical recruiter at Apex Systems, to leadership in high-volume environments as an Executive Team Lead at Target. Nushin is a skilled project manager, systems thinker, and advocate for students navigating today’s complex job market. She holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from Cal Poly Pomona, and combines deep industry insight with a commitment to operational excellence that helps ElevateU scale with heart and purpose.
