Meet Elan Divon

Elan Divon is a Harvard-trained author, keynote speaker, educator, and Founder & CEO of ElevateU Solutions, where he helps schools and universities prepare students to thrive in an increasingly AI-driven world.

As the former Director of Career Development for Chapman University's Argyros College of Business and Economics, Elan saw firsthand a growing disconnect between academic achievement and career readiness. Talented students could graduate with strong degrees and impressive résumés, yet still struggle to translate their education into the real-world skills, experiences, and evidence of capability that increasingly open doors.

Closing that gap became his mission.

Today, Elan works with schools, universities, and education leaders across North America to rethink how students prepare for college, careers, and an AI-transformed workforce. His focus is on helping students learn how to demonstrate their value and differentiate themselves in a competitive market, while building their human skills and learning how to use AI ethically and responsibly.
